The instructions that you receive when concluding a lease agreement are as follows:

• You are liable for violation of the lease rules and insurance conditions.
• You are prohibited from using a rented car for commercial purposes (transportation) or leaving it on bail.
• It is categorically forbidden to drive a car in a state of alcoholic or narcotic intoxication, and also to check it "for durability" in conditions of "off-road" (heavy off-road).

No one, of course, imposes a duty on you to stay on the road all the time, but to try it off road is forbidden. Penalty for violation is the amount of the deposit.

Any damage caused to the car due to its improper operation will be paid from deposit. Therefore, we expect you to treat our car as your own.
